1. Buyer is allowed to exchange their goods without any reason within 5 days from the receiving date. Tracking number must be provided to us.

2. Buyer is able to exchange any goods which are equal or with higher price range than the returned goods while there is no refund for the exchange of goods which have lower price; buyer will have to pay for the extra.

3. The returned goods must be in good condition. If any damage caused by buyers, we will held no responsible to it.

4. Buyer must bear all the delivery charges. We will resend the exchange goods after we have received the full amount of delivery charges.
